I'm Colleen, co-founder of COPA Mortgage and a Mortgage Agent Level 2 in Ontario with more than a decade of experience in the mortgage and financial services industry.

After building my career in Alberta, I returned home to Ontario and now call Brantford home. I work with clients across Ontario and Alberta, helping them navigate everything from buying their first home and renewing or refinancing a mortgage to more complex situations involving self-employment, separation, debt consolidation and alternative or private lending.

I believe a mortgage should fit your life, not just a lender's guidelines. My job is to understand the whole picture, explain your options clearly and help you build a mortgage strategy that makes sense for where you are now and where you're headed.

Before launching COPA with my longtime friend and business partner, Paula, I spent years working in both mortgage lending and financial strategy. That experience gives me a unique perspective on mortgages: I don't just look at whether we can get an approval; I look at how the mortgage fits into your broader financial life.

I'm especially passionate about helping people navigate mortgages during periods of change. Whether you're starting over after a separation, restructuring your finances, building a business, buying your first home or simply trying to make a smarter decision at renewal, you don't have to figure it out alone.

Today, I'm proud to serve Brantford, Brant County and clients throughout Ontario and Alberta through COPA Mortgage, powered by BRX Mortgage.

Co-Founder, COPA Mortgage | Mortgage Agent Level 1 (ON) | BRX Mortgage Lic#13463

I'm Paula, co-founder of COPA Mortgage and a mortgage professional proudly serving Brantford, Brant County and clients throughout Ontario. I'm also a self-proclaimed “numbers nerd” who genuinely loves digging into the details and turning complex financial situations into clear, practical mortgage strategies.

I take the time to understand your full financial picture and what you're actually trying to accomplish — not just what you qualify for today. Whether you're buying your first home, purchasing an investment property, renewing, refinancing or navigating a major life change, my goal is to find a mortgage solution that makes sense for both your immediate needs and your longer-term plans.

As an independent mortgage professional, I have access to a wide range of lenders and mortgage solutions. I compare the options, work through the numbers and explain the why behind my recommendations in plain language, so you can make an informed decision with confidence.

Colleen and I co-founded COPA because we believe great mortgage advice should be personal, thoughtful and easy to understand. We bring different strengths to the table, but share the same approach: understand the whole picture first, then find the mortgage strategy that fits.

I'm proud to help home buyers and homeowners in Brantford, Brant County and across Ontario make sense of their mortgage options — and it would be a genuine pleasure to work with you.
